I bought my BT One in 2015. Just recently, the Bluetooth connection developed an issue where when connected to my phone (or any phone) there is a bunch of static and hissing. The Bluetooth circuitry has failed. It did last 16 years though. When I reached out, they did give me a 20% of code towards the purchase of a new one.

We've had one of these in our kitchen as long as I can remember. This is definitely an improvement on the old one. Great sound for such a small box! We particularly enjoy the Bluetooth feature.

I purchased the Model One BT for my bedroom to listen to the radio and NPR while getting ready in the morning. I couldn't be more excited for this radio! The sound is warm and balanced, and aesthetically, it's clean and beautiful. I've fallen back in love with dials. This is one of my favorite tech purchases in years.
