Warranty


Tivoli Audio manufactures its products to very high standards and we are confident our products will perform well. Accordingly, we warranty our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original owner, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.


This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, faulty ancillary equipment, modifications, unauthorized repair, shipping damage or loss, abuse, accidents, use on improper voltage/current, lightning or other acts of God, normal wear and tear, commercial use, or purchase from unauthorized dealers. Proof of purchase as evidence the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer within the warranty period may be required for warranty service. Should service be necessary, please do NOT return the product without first contacting your dealer or Tivoli Audio.


This warranty is non-transferable. Tivoli Audio will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or damages caused by this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential damages, therefore, these restrictions may not apply to you.

Return/Exchange policy


In the unlikely event you experience a problem with any of our products while within the warranty period, please contact us directly for a return authorization. Please have the item number, description of the problem, and serial number available to initiate the process with our support team. 

 

Likewise, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must do so within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and serial number so that we can provide you with the return authorization and the return shipping address needed to process the return within a timely manner. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. To avoid a $20 repacking fee, plus the cost of any or all missing items (including all accessories, which may include: power adapters, power cords, remote control, antenna, connecting cables, insert cards, and instruction manuals), please make sure to keep all original packaging until you are certain you are satisfied with your Tivoli Audio product. 


Refunds generally will appear within one to two billing statements on the same card used to make the original purchase. If the order was placed using a check or money order, a check will be provided for the refund. Charitable donations are not refundable.


Customized PAL BTs are made specifically to your preferences and are non-returnable or exchangeable. Once your order is confirmed, production starts within 24 hours. Changes and cancellations are not possible once your order has been confirmed. All sales are final. If your Custom PAL BT product is not functioning properly, please reach out to customer service for repair or exchange. For any other quality concerns, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.


Final Sale policy


All items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged for credit or refund. These items still come with a full manufacturer’s warranty (1 year) and will be exchanged if the product is proven defective by Tivoli Audio. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
