How long is the factory warranty valid?

Tivoli Audio manufactures its products to very high standards and we are confident our products will perform well. Accordingly, we warranty our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original owner, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, faulty ancillary equipment, modifications, unauthorized repair, shipping damage or loss, abuse, accidents, use on improper voltage/current, lightning or other acts of God, normal wear and tear, commercial use, or purchase from unauthorized dealers. Proof of purchase as evidence the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer within the warranty period may be required for warranty service. Should service be necessary, please do NOT return the product without first contacting your dealer or Tivoli Audio. This warranty is non-transferable. Tivoli Audio will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or damages caused by this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential damages, therefore, these restrictions may not apply to you.

How do I return a radio to you?

If you would like to return a radio to us (i.e. repair, replacement, or refund), you must first contact Tivoli Audio for an authorization number and instructions. Warning: Please note that if you send a unit back to us without first receiving an authorization number, Tivoli Audio takes no responsibility for any items that may have been lost or damaged. All accessories originally included with your Tivoli Audio product must be returned to avoid fees for replacement accessories not included with your return.

What is Tivoli Audio's return policy?

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with any of our products, please contact us directly for a return authorization number. Please have the item number, description of the problem and serial number handy. All returns must have a return authorization number (RA) marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item. Likewise, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must do so within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please contact us toll free with your order number and serial number so that we can provide you with the return authorization number and the return shipping address needed to process the return within a timely manner. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. To avoid any charges, all returns and exchanges must include the original packing material, product box, any and all accessories which may include, power adapters, power cords, remote control, antenna, connecting cables, insert cards and instruction manuals. Refunds generally will appear within one to two billing statements on the same card used to make the original purchase. If the order was placed using a check or money order, a check will be provided for the refund.
