The furniture grade wood cabinet, both beautiful and the ideal for proper acoustic replication. This is signature to Tivoli Audio sound. The analog controls and balanced layout of the front panel offers a simplistic user experience. Available in various finishes.

A heavy-magnet long-throw driver is mated to a frequency contouring circuit that automatically adjusts output over half-octave increments, resulting in musically accurate tonal balance and bass response.

Hissing/Humming Sound, Drifting off a Station, Interference:

If you are experiencing a hissing or humming noise, your radio drifts off of a station while listening, or you are hearing a lot of interference, try exercising the tuning dial. To do this, please follow the instructions below:
1. Turn the radio ON to the FM position.
2. Turn the volume down
3. Slowly turn the tuning dial from one end of the frequency range to the other (from 88.0 to 108.0 FM frequencies) and back again, making sure you sweep all the stations in between. Repeat the process for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Tune in a station and see if it is working better

Excessive Bass:

If you are experiencing too much bass, try repositioning the radio further away from walls or corners. You can also try placing a small amount of sound-absorptive material such as tissue paper or cotton balls into the bass port in the bottom of the unit.

Poor AM Reception:

If you are experiencing poor reception, you can purchase our AM External Antenna or a TERK AM Advantage Antenna.

You can also try changing the position of your radio or moving it to a different room to see if the reception improves.

Grease (clear substance) leaking out of the tuning dial:

This liquid grease helps the tuner move fluidly when changing stations. It is normal for grease to come out of the tuner periodically. This usually happens to older radios. Please be aware that this is not hazardous to one’s health nor will it cause any damage to the radio.

Loose Connector port for Power Cord:

If your connection to your power cord has become loose, you can also purchase the 1500 MA power supply and use it in the 12VDC port.

Bluetooth Not Connecting:

If you are seeing your Model One BT appear on your Bluetooth list but are having trouble connecting, try forgetting your Model One BT in the Bluetooth menu of your device and then re-pairing them. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance*.

*Confirm that your smart device is running the latest firmware version

I am attempting to turning up the volume on my device and it is maxed. How can I make the audio louder as it seems low?

The audio’s volume through Bluetooth is controlled by the device output as well as the speaker’s volume output. We recommend placing your Bluetooth device at 80% output and adjusting the volume knob on the radio to reach your preferred overall volume.

    No Brainer -- Tivoli Continues to Deliver -- I upgraded from the traditional Model One to the Model One BT

    These things are heirloom pieces with a great combination of style and sound quality. Tivoli has sufficient color option/variety to match any decor. This has been a go-to Wedding gift for me as well.

    Lil unit, big sound

    Great little bookshelf radio. I have struggled for years to get decent radio signal but this radio with the ability to dial in a signal is a game changer. Wonderful sound , solidly built and beautifully simple. Very happy with this purchase .

    WORST PURCHASE IVE EVER MADE- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    We've only had this radio for less than a year and so many things have gone wrong with it.

    You have to unplug it to turn it off. The dial between AM/FM/ and Bluetooth doesnt work properly.

    Just recently our Bluetooth stopped working so we can't even connect to it anymore.

    Absolutely terrible!
