    I bought it to listen to radio

    We live in an area with two weak radio stations. The weaker station broadcasts with 2800 watts about 10 miles from us and no line of sight. Regardless we get good reception in parts of the house that have only one exterior wall between us and the radio station.

    The speaker is exceptionally good.

    We've had two older ones in our house in the sfbay area for 20 years and are happy with them there also. I did eventually have to replace their batteries. Easy to do.

    Tivoli PAL

    I received my new unit in Black and it looks great and sounds amazing for such a small unit.

    I have owned this unit in the past and this new USB charger seems to last longer and charge super fast !

    Also, the new speaker is much better too !
