What is Tivoli Audio’s return policy?
When purchased direct, a customer has 30 days to return a product for a refund for any reason, unless the item purchased is marked as Final Sale. To avoid any charges, all returns, and exchanges must include the original packing material, product box, any and all accessories which may include, power adaptors, power cords, remote control, antenna, connecting cables, insert cards and instruction manuals. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You must first contact us for a return authorization number. All returns without a return authorization number attached will be returned to sender. Refer to our Return/Exchange Policy for further information.
How do I return a product to you?
If you would like to return a product to us (i.e. replacement, or refund), you must first contact Tivoli Audio for an authorization number and instructions. Please see our Contact Us page to fill out the Return Form.
If purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact the reseller first before contacting Tivoli Audio.
Warning: Please note that if you send a unit back to us without first receiving a return authorization number, Tivoli Audio takes no responsibility for any items that may have been lost or damaged. All accessories originally included with your Tivoli Audio product must be returned to avoid fees for replacement accessories not included with your return.
How long is the manufacturer warranty valid?
Tivoli Audio products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty service, please consult the dealer from which you purchased the product.
