Nice Radio
Nice radio with a few limitations.
Auto time update feature currently not working with Apple Play setup. Software update to be forthcoming.
Bass & treble adjustments would be a worth while feature.
Display should have greater brightness.
WiFi boot-up time on power up is longer than expected.
Craftsmanship is top notch. Controls are straight forward and easy to operate. And for such a small unit, it really sounds good.
Kudos go out to customer support for providing service 1st class. Excellent job guys!

I Love My Tivoli !!!
Each time I have it on and I’m listening to it, I love it more and more !!! I think I bought my 1st Tivoli in the 90’s. Believe it or not , it still works today . I alway loved Tivoli’s craftsmanship , quality, and excellent customer service. I was looking for newer radio that could do so much more with all the advances in technology . All I could keep thinking of is that I got to check out Tivoli’s website and when I saw this radio , and read the description, I knew this was the one I had to have. Since my birthday was near , I put it on my Birthday Wish List. It definitely made me very happy and I know It will keep on giving me lots of listening pleasure !!!

Get your act together.
I didn't get the correct power cable. I got some weird thing that made no sense. The instruction manual didn't address the issue at all. Very frustrating!!! I had to look online to figure it out. And now I have to put out more money to buy the right DC cable that actually plugs into my electrical outlet. You buy a very expensive radio designed in the U.S. and you kind of expect it to work with the power system that we have. That is not too much to ask but now I still have to shell out even more money! So, gee, maybe after I can actually turn it on I can give it a rating.

Thanks for your review. Please correct me if I am mistaken, but it sounds like what's happening here is that you did not connect the separate prong piece to the adapter brick at the end of your included power cord. Did the brick part look sort of indented, with two recessed little metal connection points? If so, you need to connect the prong piece.

This prong piece should have come in the same box as the power cord and the remote. Customers sometimes drop or miss this piece, and it would be best if you searched the packaging for it, as well as the area where you opened the packaging.

Good sound, but difficult set up
Great sound for a very small speaker. Difficult set up depending on internet, even for setting the time. Has many features that I won't even use though.
