How do I turn on my Model Two Digital?

Give the Power/Source/Volume knob located in the lower right-hand corner a quick press. To turn off your unit, press and hold to turn off.

How do I change the source?

Give the Power/Source/Volume knob a quick press to change between sources.

How can I tell what source my Model Two Digital is on?

The LED stripe on the device displays what source your speaker is on. If the strip lights up blue, you are on Bluetooth. If the strip lights up green, you are connected to Wi-Fi. If the strip lights up orange, you are in auxiliary mode. Please note the LED strip will revert to White after 5 seconds.

How can I adjust the volume?

Turn your Power/Source/Volume to the left to raise the volume and the right to lower it.

How do I connect my smart device to my Model Two Digital via Bluetooth?

Press the Power/Source/Volume knob to turn the Model Two Digital on. Short press the knob to change your source. When the LED stripe turns blue, you are in Bluetooth mode. For the first time you connect, you’ll need to press the Pairing Button located on the back of the Model Two Digital. The light will change to flashing blue, meaning you are in pairing mode. Now open the Bluetooth settings on your smart device. Under available devices, look for Tivoli Audio M2D_XXXXXX. Select this to pair. You’ll notice the flashing blue LED turns solid blue when the unit is connected. The blue will change to white after 5 seconds.

How do I connect my smart device to my Model Two Digital via Google Home?

Install the Google Home app, if you do not already have it installed on your smart device. Make sure your smart device is set to the same network you intend to use to set up your Model Two Digital. Press the Power/Source/Volume knob to turn the Model Two Digital on. Short press the knob to change your source. When the LED stripe turns green, you are in WiFi Mode. If the light is not blinking, press the WiFi button located on the back of the unit. Now open the Google Home app on your smart device. Select Devices in the bottom menu, and then +Add. Follow the directions in the app to set up a new device. Once connected, the LED light will display a solid green. It will revert to soft white after five seconds.

How do I use Google Cast?

After you’ve connected your speaker via Google Home, you can use Google Cast from any Google Cast enabled app. Open the selected App on your smart device. Select the CAST button in the app. Select your Model Two Digital speaker and then press Play in the app.

How do I connect my smart device to my Model Two Digital via Apple Airplay?

Make sure your smart device is set to the same network you intend to use to set up your Model Two Digital. Press the Power/Source/Volume knob to turn the Model Two Digital on. Short press the knob to change your source. When the LED stripe turns green, you are in WiFi Mode. If the light is not blinking, press the WiFi button located on the back of the unit. On your iOS device, go to the WiFi settings. Scroll down till you see “Setup New Airplay Speaker” and select “Tivoli Audio M2D_XXXXXX”. At this time, you can rename your speaker (which we recommend) and create an optional password. Then select “Next” and wait for the connection. Once you see the connection confirmation, select “Done”. Once connected, the LED will display solid green. It will revert to soft white after five seconds.

How to use Airplay 2.

Once you’ve connected via Apple Airplay 2, you can cast sound. Make sure your iOS device is on the same network as your Model Two Digital. On your iOS device, open the Control Center. Press and hold the audio card in the upper right corner, then tap AirPlay. Select your Model Two Digital from the list of available devices. You can now start playing audio.

I can’t complete the Google Home setup.

First, make sure your smart device is connect to your preferred WiFi network. Next, turn off the Model Two Digital. Close the Home app on your smart device. Turn the Model Two Digital Back on and make sure it’s in Wifi Mode. Now open the Home app again on your smart device and go through the steps again.

How do I group my Model Two Digital to my other speakers via Google Home.

Make sure your Model Two Digital is turned on and connected via Google Home. Next, open the Home app and tap Settings, then +Add, and Speaker group. Tap each device you want to add to the group. A checkmark will appear next to the selected speakers. Once all your speakers are selected, tap Next, and enter your desired group name. Tap Save when you are complete.

How do I group my Model Two Digital to my other speakers via Apple Airplay 2.

Make sure your Model Two Digital is turned on and connected via Apple Airplay 2. Open the Control Center on your iOS device. Tap the group of controls in the upper right corner and then select Airplay. You can then tap each speaker you want play your current audio to.

I can't find the Model Two Digital in my smart device’s Bluetooth menu:

• On your smart device, confirm that you have the latest software version. You may need to update to the latest version. • On your smart device, open your Bluetooth list. • Turn on the radio by pressing the source button on the front. • Press the source button till the light turns blue. It should be flashing. • Look for the Tivoli Audio Bluetooth address. • Select this to connect. Both your smart device and LED strip on the Model Two Digital speaker should confirm the connection. The flashing blue light will turn a solid blue.

No sound in Bluetooth mode.

If you are unable to hear audio, try pausing and then playing your audio source. This will refresh the stream of audio or will indicate if there is an issue with your Wi-Fi. If you are connecting with a music service that requires the speaker to be selected in the native app, please confirm the correct speaker(s) is connected.

I can’t connect via Apple Airplay 2

Please confirm you are using an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with iOS11.4 or later, or are using a Mac with iTunes 12.8 or later

I’m unable to find my speaker in Spotify/Apple Music/QPlay/Tidal Music for Google Cast.

You will need to select the cast option in each app. Find the Google Cast button located in the respective app to connect your Model Two Digital speaker. If you cannot find the cast button, check if you are connected to the same Wi-Fi as your speaker. Then, try closing the app and re-opening it. Then, open the selected song and use the cast button to stream to the Model Two Digital.

I’ve connected via AirPlay but I’m not hearing sound from the speaker:

• On your Apple device, open the Control Center. • For iPhone X and newer, swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen. • For older models, swipe from the bottom on the screen. • At the top right of the music section, press the AirPlay icon. • You can now select the speaker you want to play audio to.

AirPlay audio skips when locking or unlocking my phone, or while switching apps:

Turn Bluetooth off on your IOS device. After turning off Bluetooth, play music normally through AirPlay.

What to do when I cannot cast:

• Check you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. • Next, turn the Model Two Digital off and on again. Cycle through your sources by pressing the front knob until the green light appears. • Next, open your music app of choice. After selecting the song you wish to play, tap the “cast” icon within the music app. • Select the Model Two Digital as your source. • Once selected, press play and then you should hear the music playing through the speaker.
