Perhaps best known for his roles with Bon Appétit as the test kitchen manager and hosting It’s Alive with Brad, much of Brad Leone's culinary adventures involve experimenting with fermentation, fungi, and all things living in food. The spin-off series, It’s Alive: Goin’ Places follows Brad as he explores different destinations from restaurant to field as he delves into the tastes of a region.
Growing up in “the pretty part” of New Jersey, Brad Leone spent his time outdoors exploring, hunting, and fishing. The influence of his upbringing and his natural curiosity can be found throughout his new cookbook, Field Notes for Food Adventure, an exploration of the Northeast and all it has to offer from tapping trees for maple syrup, to foraging, to fishing.
We are excited to team up with this nature and music-loving chef to make a Model One BT as unique as his personality. And watch the newest episode of Behind the Dial featuring Brad.WATCH EPISODE

Music feeds the soul.
Hand-crafted cabinets of spalted maple were constructed in central Massachusetts, a region known for its history in furniture manufacturing. Each unit was then hand-assembled in Boston, Massachusetts. Using spalted maple throughout the entire cabinet means that no unit looks the same and the hardwood creates a beautiful audio quality.
Brad picked spalted maple for this collaboration due to its unique grain and the natural process that creates it. Spalting is caused by the natural decay of wood. Fungus leaves behind dark discoloration in the wood. Each cut of spalted maple used to create these cabinets is one-of-a-kind and shows mother nature at work.BUY NOW
