Each PAL BT is carefully handmade by our in-house team, tailored to your exact specifications for a truly one-of-a-kind product. Because of its personalized nature, all sales are final.

Can I return or exchange a customized product?

Customized PAL BTs are made specifically to your preferences and are non-returnable or exchangeable. Once your order is confirmed, production starts within 24 hours. Changes and cancellations are not possible once your order has been confirmed. All sales are final. If your Custom PAL BT product is not functioning properly, please reach out to customer service for repair or exchange. For any other quality concerns, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.

How long does it take to receive a customized product?

The production time for a customized PALBT is generally longer than for standard items. Please allow 7-14 business days for production, in addition to the standard shipping time.

Can I see a preview of my customized product before purchasing?

Yes, our online tool allows you to see a 3D digital preview of your customized PALBT. This helps ensure that you are happy with your design before placing the order.

Can I use my own design or logo?

Unfornately, at this time you can not upload your own design or logo.

Is there an extra cost for customization for PAL BT?

Yes, customizing a PAL BT incurs an additional fee beyond the standard price of the PAL BT. The exact cost will be shown during the customization process.

Can I purchase a Custom PAL BT from outside the United States?

Currently, Custom PAL BT speakers are exclusively available for purchase in the United States.
