It was easy to set up and sounds great. I went with Tivoli because of the reviews about great service. Mine arrived without a remote— I emailed, got an answer in fifteen minutes, and had a new one the next day. So pleased.

Overall I'm satisfied w/this purchase. The unit is refurbished but not everything works + it arrived quite dusty like perhaps it had been sitting out or in the warehouse for a long time. The unit doesn't recognize the batteries - either the pair provided by Tivoli or two other new sets of batteries I tried (and, yes, they were seated correctly). Not sure it's a big deal because I don't intend to use the player as an alarm or for some other, critical function, but I would expect - new or refurbished - to receive a device that works 100%.

Small size large sound. Great little unit that's easy to set up. Ordering and shipping was wonderful considering the weather event that was occurring when I ordered. Can't say enough good about the system.
