Power supply adapters don't go bad after 5 years usually so I assume this was just a fluke. I was able to get the correct replacement quickly and am enjoying the radio again.

Power cord replacement - original cord was lost during recent move. Replacement now means daily foreground and background WCRB music. Thank you TiVoli!

I’ve been trying to return it since it arrived with no success. The website isn’t user friendly and won’t give me access to how to return an accessory. I can’t find a phone number either.
I would appreciate help in returning it and getting a refund.
