An Easy, Light Summer Treat, with Marie Reginato

If you're like us, a light, healthy dessert is a must during these hot summer nights while listening to music on the patio. And what's sustenance without a little style mixed in?

We've partnered with our favorite healthy chef and author of the cookbook "Alternative Vegan," Marie Reginato, to give us a can't-miss, easy to make salad that would vibe with her choice of jazz or indie music playing through her Model One Digital radio. Watch the video above to see what she whipped up for us and continue reading to follow along at home!
